Services are billed based on an accepted quotation. Invoices are issued in France by Tatawwur.

Payment terms

Payment by bank transfer or agreed method. Standard terms: 30 days from invoice date, unless otherwise stated.

Late payments

Late payments may result in penalties and/or service suspension in accordance with French regulations.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation terms are specified in the quotation. Any refund is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Taxes

Applicable VAT or taxes are indicated on the invoice depending on the customer’s location.
